Should Missoula ban windmills in city limits? Add Answer

The Missoula City Council will likely pass a ban on wind energy conversion systems – a.k.a. windmills in your backyard. (link: http://cli.gs/8jTMQV) The ban would be part of the zoning ordinance update, which is being reviewed by the Plat, Annexation and Zoning committee. Should they do it?
